CFDpilot is operated and sold by CFDPilot LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, USA. Registered address: 2105 Vista Oeste NW, Ste E #1471, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87120, USA. Contact: rayan@cfdpilot.com.
These terms apply to every purchase made through cfdpilot.com. By paying, you accept them.
CFDpilot is a command line agent that reads an OpenFOAM case on your own machine, explains what is wrong with it, and applies changes when you approve them. Your case files stay on your machine; the content the agent reads is sent to our AI provider to produce the answer, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Access is metered in credits. One credit corresponds to one cent of underlying compute. A message and the actions that follow it cost a few credits each; a full pass at a stuck case typically costs 100 to 150 credits. The exact figure depends on the size of your case and how much work you ask for, so it is an observed range, not a guarantee.
Credit packs are one-off purchases. A subscription seat, where offered, renews monthly until you cancel and includes a monthly credit allocation.
Prices are shown in US dollars on the page where you buy, and that displayed price is the price charged. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Prices exclude any tax that may be due in your own country. If you are a business, you are responsible for any reverse-charge or local VAT obligation that applies to you.
Delivery is immediate and digital. As soon as the payment is confirmed, the credits are added to your account and your access token appears in your dashboard, together with the three commands needed to install and run the CLI. Nothing is shipped and no token is sent by email.
If your payment succeeded but your dashboard still shows no credits after a few minutes, email us and we will fix it by hand. That is a failure on our side, never a reason to pay twice.
Within 14 days of purchase, if CFDpilot did not help you, email rayan@cfdpilot.com and we refund the purchase in full. You do not have to justify yourself at length; telling us what went wrong is enough, and it is genuinely useful to us.
Two limits, so the policy stays workable:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within five business days once approved. Remaining credits are removed from the account when a purchase is refunded.
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. Because access is delivered immediately, by starting to use your credits you ask us to begin performance at once and you accept that the right of withdrawal is lost for the part consumed. The refund policy above is offered on top of that right and, on the unconsumed part, is at least as favourable.
Where a monthly seat is offered, it renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period. Unused monthly credits do not carry over.
Your token is your access, and it spends your credits. Keep it to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us immediately if you think your token has leaked and we will replace it.
One account is for one person. Sharing a token across a team is what seats are for.
Do not use CFDpilot to break the law, to attack or overload the service, to resell access, or to extract the underlying system prompts and models. We may suspend an account that does, and in that case we refund the unused credits.
We work hard to make the diagnosis correct, and it cites real sources when it can. But CFDpilot is an assistant, not an authority. A simulation that converges is not necessarily right, and neither is every answer the agent gives. You remain the engineer in charge: review what it proposes, and verify the physics before you rely on a result, publish it, or make a design decision from it.
The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us over the previous twelve months. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including the statutory rights of consumers.
We may change prices, credit rates or features. Changes apply to future purchases, never retroactively to credits you already own. If we ever discontinue the service, we refund unused credits.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence.
